PHYSICAL PURCHASES: International customers (outside the UK) are responsible for import/handling fees due from your country. These are not payable by Country Cow Designs. Please include a phone number for international purchases. UK customers, VAT is included in your purchase and is shown as "taxes included in the price" on your confirmation email.
PATTERNS SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Sewing is by nature, an activity with risks. If you choose to follow the instructions contained in our sewing patterns and video tutorials, you do so at your own risk. Our patterns do not include safety precautions for the use of tools or sewing supplies, so you are responsible for the safe use of any tools you use. If in doubt, seek guidance from an experienced professional of the tools you are using or contact the manufacturer directly. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a safe and suitable working environment. The instructions in our patterns are suggestions only and you are responsible for ensuring that you can carry out the suggestions safely without causing injury or harm to yourself or others. You are also responsible for ensuring that your sewing machine and other equipment are capable of carrying out the suggestions. Country Cow Designs and its directors cannot be held accountable for injury or damage caused while sewing with our patterns or instructions. In no event shall Country Cow Designs or its directors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our sewing patterns or instructions.

When purchasing products from Country Cow Designs it is the responsibility of the consumer to check the product is functioning as expected before using it. If the product is faulty or malfunctioning in any way, the consumer must notify Country Cow Designs and arrange for a replacement before using the product.

SEWING PATTERNS: All our sewing patterns are digital files, NOT physical products. Digital products cannot be refunded if you change your mind after purchase. By purchasing a digital sewing pattern and downloading the file, you are acknowledging that you give up your right to cancel the purchase. The usual 14 days cancellation rights do not apply to digital products.
DOWNLOADING DIGITAL FILES: Digital files are available to download instantly after purchase. Download links will show after payment has been confirmed. Please note that if your payment is delayed for authorisation by your bank, then the download link will not show until the bank has authorised the payment. Download links will also be emailed to you immediately after purchase. If you have an account on the website, you can also download files through the “downloads” section of your account. VAT & TAX: We collect VAT on applicable products if you are based in the UK or the EU.
When purchasing on our website, you agree to inform us correctly of your country during registration so we can accurately account for tax purposes.
DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS: When you purchase access to Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information for your personal use only. You may not publish or share the digital products or your login details with anyone else. The copyright for this pattern belongs to Country Cow Designs Ltd. Please visit the Privacy Policy page of the website to see how we handle your data.
DOWNLOADS: When you purchase a pattern from us, it will have your name and email address stamped on the pattern, stating it is for your exclusive use. We recommend that you save the file to your computer or mobile device after purchase to ensure you can easily access it in the future.
We write our patterns and guides in good faith. All the recommended components and requirements are provided as a guide. We can’t be held responsible for a shortage of fabric or other supplies, or the quality, size or standard of the finished item.
