Combining Orders

Need to add something to your order?

You can add items to an existing order, provided it hasn't been dispatched. 
Please note, this option is not available between 9am and 3pm on weekdays as we pack orders during these times. 
Outside of these times, you can add to your order by following these steps*:

- Log into your account on the website
- Add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and select "combine with my existing orders" for the shipping method
- Complete your purchase

*the combining orders feature is only available if you were logged in when placing the initial order. IF YOU CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST FOR THE INITIAL ORDER, THIS OPTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE
