Combining Orders

Need to add something to your order?

You can add items to an existing order if you have an account with us and we haven't started packing your order yet.
You can add to your order by following these steps:

- Log into your account on the website
- Add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and select "combine with my existing orders" for the shipping method (if this option doesn't show, it's because we've already packed your order)
- Complete your purchase



THINGS TO NOTE:
- The combining orders feature is only available if you had an account with us when placing the initial order. IF YOU CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADD TO YOUR ORDER.

- FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, your shipping cost (and taxes/tariffs, where applicable) are based on the parcel weight/order value. If you add items to your order, we will need to send you a request for the additional shipping/tariff costs before we can ship your order. This will delay your order being dispatched.

- For UK customers, the combining of orders will not increase your postage cost.
