Refunds & Returns

If you've received a faulty item, or you think something is missing from your order, please contact us at shop@countrycowdesigns.com with a photo of your order. Please read below for further information on any other returns.

PDF Sewing Patterns Returns

Unfortunately as our sewing patterns are digital items, they can’t be returned so we’re unable to offer refunds for digital purchases. When

purchasing a digital product from us, the terms & conditions at checkout confirm that you give up your right to cancel the purchase under EU consumer laws as the item is non-returnable.


Physical Product Returns (30 days)

Decided you don't want an item? We offer 30 day returns. Items must be returned at your expense.
If for any reason you decide you don't want your order, you can return your item(s) to us. This is your “right of withdrawal”. Items must be returned at your expense, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If you're considering a return because you're not sure how to use an item or tool, send us an email at shop@countrycowdesigns.com and we'll help you out!

UK customers can use our returns portal to arrange a tracked return. Return postage of £3 and will be deducted from your refund amount after your items are returned.

Alternatively, you can return your item(s) to us using a courier of your choice, or you can return items in-person at our shop. To do this, you just need your order number which is located on your order confirmation email. We’re located at 1 Chi Teyrdelen, Stret Dor Wartha, Newquay, Cornwall, England, TR8 4RT.

Customers outside the UK - please contact us by email at shop@countrycowdesigns.com to arrange your return. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.


Please double check measurements and read product details thoroughly before purchasing. When you cancel or return your order, we incur costs that are not refunded to us such as payment processing fees and postage costs.

To qualify for a refund, the products must be unused and in re-saleable condition. Once we’ve inspected the returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be processed to the same payment source used for purchase but it may take more than 5 working days for you to receive the refund, depending on your bank/payment issuer and the speed at which they process the payment.


Return delivery charges are payable by the customer, not Country Cow Designs, except where items are faulty.


In certain circumstances, we will only grant a partial refund. This includes where any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your order. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or tracking when returning your items as we can’t guarantee receipt of your order.



Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund when expected, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider. Please bear in mind, it can take several days for your bank to process the refund and show it in your account.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund 7 working days after you were notified of your refund, please contact us.



Damaged/Faulty items: If you think you’ve received an item that’s damaged, faulty, or otherwise incorrect, please contact us at shop@countrycowdesigns.com with a photo and description of the fault. We will get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
