PDF Sewing Patterns
All sewing patterns on our site are PDFs and will be automatically delivered to you by email when purchased. See the “How to download patterns” page for further information. Physical Products – UK
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 : fixed price is £4.50
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 : fixed price £3.50 and FREE for orders over £50
- If your package hasn’t arrived 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us at shop@countrycowdesigns.com,so we can review/resend your order. We can’t be held responsible for the errors or delays of Royal Mail in delivering your package, but we will do what we can to locate the package for you if it’s delayed. If your order is lost by Royal Mail, we will resend it free of charge, only after 10 working days have passed.

Physical Products – Canada, New Zealand and Australia
- Shipping starts at £13 (rising based on weight) with Royal Mail, then your national postal courier, 1-3 weeks tracked and insured. For this service, you are responsible for paying any import taxes or fees due for shipments into your country. Import fees, taxes and handling fees from the delivery company are NOT included in the delivery cost. You are responsible for checking the import rules for your country before placing an order
- For Royal Mail deliveries, if you have not received your package within 32 working days from dispatch, please contact us. We will resend your order (subject to stock availability). We are a small business and cannot afford to reimburse lost packages before this time. 99% of packages turn up within the 32 working day period so we will not be able to resend or refund your order until that time has passed
- Also available: DHL prepaid 3-day delivery aim. With this service, handling fees and taxes are included.

Tariffs DO NOT apply to digital sewing patterns, which are purchasable as normal.
From November 2025 we are resuming shipping to the USA. The shipping price shown on the checkout page includes applicable tariffs.
Please DO NOT USE THE COMBINE ORDERS FEATURE FOR ORDERS TO THE USA as tariffs and additional shipping costs will not be included and we will need to invoice you separately for these costs which will delay your order being dispatched.

- Physical and digital patterns can be purchased through our Etsy shop here. We are required to sell through Etsy so EU VAT can be added according to your country's requirements.

Delayed or Lost parcels
Orders that are lost in the post will be resent by us once we have verified the correct delivery details. UK orders are classed as lost 10 working days after dispatch. International orders are classed as lost 32 working days after dispatch (14 days for the EU). If a parcel is returned to us because you supplied us with an incorrect address, we will request that you pay an additional shipping payment so we can re-send the order to you.
If a parcel is delayed or lost because you supplied us with an incorrect address, this is not covered under our replacement guarantee and we cannot resend your order free of charge. You will be required to place a new order or wait for the parcel to hopefully be returned to us which can take a few months.
