We're so excited to host another crafty weekend after the huge success of our first one in 2025! Our 2026 crafty weekend will be held on 12th and 13th June at our shop in Newquay, Cornwall, TR8 4RT (United Kingdom).

Join us for a fun and creative morning session where you'll get to see quick, hands-on demos all about bag making. Whether you're a total newbie or just looking to pick up some new tricks, this in-person event is perfect for sparking your creativity. What will we cover?
- Demystifying interfacing and stabilisers - what you should be using in your handmade bags
- Great fabrics for bag making
- How to use a hand press to set rivets, press studs, and magnetic snaps
- Why you should be using continuous zip tape in your bags
- Top tools for bag makers
- How to make a super quick bag strap
Each session will last up to 2 hours and will include demonstrations as well as an opportunity to try tools out for yourself. We'll be doing Q&As and we'll have tea and coffee making facilities and snacks for attendees too.
