This time we're making a new pattern, the Zalmora crossbody bag. This sewing pattern is suitable for ambitious beginners and creates a super cute boxy crossbody bag that's sized to fit a standard ipad or tablet.
The sewalong is free to join, but you'll need to purchase the sewing pattern to take part. The pattern will be available to purchase shortly before the sewalong starts, or a printed version is included in the bag makers box if you choose to grab one. There will be three sessions: the first is preparation and cutting, and the remaining two sessions will be for sewing.
This bag looks great made from cotton canvas, corduroy, faux leather, and a variety of other materials. Whatever fabrics you choose, be sure to pick something that works well with your sewing machine.

The kits are available to pre-order and will dispatch between 12th and 21st October so you'll receive it before the sewalong begins. The fabrics are a mystery.
