The full video tutorial

This is a video based sewing pattern so you'll need to watch this video for the instructions on how to make it.

CUTTING LIST:
Main panel: 18" x 16" [45.75cm x 40cm] - cut 2 x fabric, 2 x clear vinyl, 1 x stabiliser
Zip binding: 2 1/2" x 16" [5cm x 40cm] - cut 4 fabric
Zip tabs: 1 1/4" x 2" [3.25cm x 5cm] - cut 4 fabric
Grab handle: 2 1/4" x 13" [5.75cm x 33cm] - cut 1 fabric
Binding: 2 1/2" x 75" [5.75cm x 190cm] - cut 1 fabric. Add 2" [5cm] length for each join in the fabric.

There's loads of options for you to customise this pattern, but in the video tutorial we'll just cover the basics: making it with quilting cotton, with two large compartments, one on each side of the bag. You could also bind it with cork, polyester canvas, or pre-made binding. You could also add additional pockets to your project pouch, as shown in the example photo. Simply add another zip to your vinyl panel, exactly as you did the others. But make sure you sew it in place before fitting the second vinyl panel, or make sure your two panels have matching zip pockets, so you don't accidentally sew a larger pocket closed on the other side of your pouch.
Depending on whether you quilt your pouch or not, and what stabiliser you choose to use, your final size may vary, but the approximate finished size of the project pouch is: 17" high x 15 1/2" wide [44cm x 40cm].
You can sell products made from this design on a home-based production scale.

Downloading the pattern:
We work hard to keep our website safe and secure. All our patterns are uploaded to the website free of malicious content (obviously), and we have high end security on our website to prevent attacks from outside forces. We use a fantastic and reputable local company to manage the security of our website. However secure a website is though, there is always a risk that it can be hacked (as proven by some of the biggest companies in the world being hacked in recent years). If criminals hack into a website, they may manage to embed malicious content into a website and its files, without the owners knowledge. It's also possible for PDF files to become infected/corrupted once they are on your device, in your possession, which is completely out of our control. For that reason, we ask that you also take precautions before and after downloading a pattern, just to be extra safe.

Make sure you download your files using a device that has up-to-date security software. Scan all downloaded files before opening them. Open PDF files using a reputable reader that checks the file for viruses before opening, such as Adobe Reader.

By downloading this PDF sewing pattern, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with digital downloads, including but not limited to, potential malware or viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure your device has up-to-date security software and to scan all downloaded files before opening.
