Last order dates for delivery before Royal Mail close:
Tracked 48: 9am Thursday 18th December
Tracked 24: 9am Friday 19th December
Special Delivery: 9am Monday 22nd December
International: Dates have passed
Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guaranteed services so if a delivery does not arrive before Royal Mail closes, there is nothing we can do about it, sorry. Special delivery is guaranteed. The stated times and dates allow us a short amount of time to pack orders so we won't be able to accept amendments or additions to orders as they'll be going out as soon as they come in.
On the following dates there are no postal collections from Royal Mail so we cannot dispatch orders: 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th December, and 1st January.
On the following dates Royal Mail will collect our post at 11am so late dispatch is not possible: 24th and 31st December.
