UK: Orders over £50 – 1st Class FREE (no tracking, delivery aim is 1 working day but not guaranteed)

The EU (excluding Germany): Orders over £135 – Standard FREE (1-3 weeks with tracking)

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland: Orders over £75 – Standard FREE (2-4 weeks with tracking)

NOT INCLUDED are customs fees, import fees and/or handling charges applied on delivery to your country. These are the purchaser’s responsibility so please check your country’s import rates and rules before purchasing. EU customers will definitely need to pay import handling fees and taxes on delivery.

International delivery is through Royal Mail. Please contact us if you have not received your package within 6 weeks. This is the amount of time that must pass before the courier will accept a claim for a lost parcel. After this time we can begin the claim process for you. We are a small business and cannot afford to reimburse lost packages ourselves so you will need to wait for the claim to be processed before your parcel is resent.
