1. Information we collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information and the details of the product that you’re ordering. These details include but are not limited to, your name, address and contact details. We do not process or store your payment/card details. These details are processed and stored by Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending how you choose to pay for your order.
2. Why we need information and how we use it
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share information, including: a) as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; b) when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list; c) if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases where required by tax law; and d) as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as using your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve our services.
3. Information sharing & disclosure
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows: a) Payment processers including Paypal, Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay (depending how you choose to pay for your order). We share information with these payment processors as necessary to provide you our services. b) Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies (usually but not limited to Royal Mail, UPS or DHL). We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. c) Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law. d) WooCommerce Support or other web host and service providers. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 6 years (as required by HMRC for tax purposes).

As a result, we may transfer your information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud and Microsoft Cloud (One Drive) are Privacy Shield certified.
